Doc Hollywood Meet Office Space

Today we settle the misses and kiddos into new digs in Jupiter, Florida - Suburbia, my least favorite place. Big box retail spread across the American landscape like a scarlet harlot and the compact homescape of Abacoa is no exception.

Despite the patently obvious culling now visible in the disordered desolation of every American home town - Adaptation may be reappearing to remind participants how desperately common their arrangement has become.

The attendant tragedy of the big box nirvana is that it fogged the mirror of social order & relationships within every American community once unified by a Main Street. It secularized and destroyed the former places we called home. The social order of the prior arrangement - awareness, duty, responsibility, obligation, proximity and information which caused us to share concern for one other are in need of a Renaissance.

The Past is Prologue

An honest assessment of our arrangement indicates the increasing growth of Debt is producing a marginal net effect upon the statistical metrics employed by those keeping score, namely our Governance. The figures presented, by any measure are an enormous distortion of the realities facing the vast and expanding majority of Americans. Our collective quality of life is quickly heading towards an equilibrium well below the "lifestyle" to which we have become accustomed.

Prosperity is rarely, if ever mentioned and with good reason, we produce very little of value to the rest of the Globe. Certainly there are goods we export which are of value, but on balance we send our Federal Reserve Notes overseas for Goods, Services and Influence. There is a cost to all this and we are beginning to see its malignancy spread rapidly at this stage.

We will enter our fourth decade of declining real wages, savings and producing jobs - with very little to show for the attempts to offset these declines by inflating Capital Stocks in Equities, Bonds and Real Estate. Each has seen it share of expansion and compression / bubble to bust / halcyon days to financial dark ages.

The efforts to preserve the Status Quo which continue underway are without precedent - monumental in recorded history would be a gross understatement. The level of perception management is extraordinary, it has reached absurd heights, fraud so completely and totally pervasive - the truth is merely a causality.

The signs of stresses are all there, they are obvious, self-evident. History has repeatedly shown how Governance responds during times of upheaval. They have adapted to the circumstance while leaving their constituency in a false paradigm in order to preserve their own continuity.

And in the end - all alone is all we are - which is rather ironic - as it is how it should have been all along in my humble opinion.
